Privacy policy

This page is short because we collect very little. Here is all of it.

Click logging

When you click a "Try it" button you pass through our redirect before reaching the vendor. We record that a click happened, which tool it was for, which page or video it came from, the time, your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We keep the hash, not the address, so we can count unique clicks without being able to identify you. We use this to see which tools and videos people find useful.

Email capture

If you ask for the comparison sheet, your email address is sent to Beehiiv, the newsletter service we use to deliver it. Beehiiv stores the address under its own privacy policy. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; using it removes you from the list. We do not add you to any other list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Vendors you click through to have their own cookies and policies; the affiliate network may set a cookie on the vendor's site to attribute the referral.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
• We do not share your email address with vendors.
• We do not store your raw IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your email address at any time: reply to any email we have sent you and say so. Click records are not tied to your email or identity, so there is nothing further to remove.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Last updated: October 2026.
